Terms and conditions

Introduction

WOSOL Transportation, licensed by the Transport General Authority under licence (35/00001075), provides educational and employee transport from the residence to the agreed destination and back, according to the subscription details.

Subscription terms

1. The contract lasts one academic year, according to the period specified in the subscription form.
2. Monthly subscription fees are payable in advance at the start of each Gregorian month. If payment is not received by the end of the third day, the first party may suspend the service after notifying the subscriber. Service resumes after payment.
3. The subscription is calculated by the full Gregorian month, rather than by the number of days. Each month is independent of the following month.
4. The full monthly fee becomes payable when the service is used for three days within the month, whether consecutive or separate.
5. To opt out of a particular month, notify customer service through the approved communication channel at least two days before that month begins.
6. The driver waits for three minutes on the outbound journey and fifteen minutes on the return journey. After this period, the driver may continue the journey.
7. Send feedback and schedule or route change requests to customer service. Do not distract the driver while driving or request a route change without the first party's approval.
8. The subscriber must take care of the vehicle and its equipment and respect the driver, passengers and others' rights. She is liable for damage proven to have been caused intentionally or through negligence.
9. Fees are set independently for each academic term. The subscriber is informed before the term begins; the price applies only after she has reviewed and accepted it.
10. The subscriber must attend the agreed pickup point at the scheduled time. Lateness or absence does not entitle her to a partial refund.
11. The pickup point, destination or schedule may be changed with the first party's approval. Fees may change according to the distance or operating route after the subscriber is informed.
12. The first party is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by accidents, road closures, weather, official decisions or circumstances beyond its control. The subscriber will be notified whenever possible.
13. Subscriber data is used to provide transport, communication and billing in accordance with the regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
